Since 2006, Philip Moore and Owen Higgs have proudly led the practice after working together in Keighley. Rooted in the heart of Ilkley, our clinic has become a trusted fixture in the community, with many patients staying with us since day one. In 2018, Phil and Owen expanded their commitment to quality dental care by taking on Belle Vue Dental Practice in Skipton, where they continue to uphold the same high standards and patient-focused approach.

Our ethos is focused on long-term preventative dental care, we believe that all patients should receive continuity of dental care and if seen regularly we can help to prevent dental problems that would otherwise cause damage to your oral health.

Our team is ably supported by a brilliant Nursing and Reception team.
Our Nursing Team is headed up by our Lead Nurses, Kerry Broadley and Sarah Battle. We have an excellent team of experienced and knowledgeable nurses who work alongside the clinicians in giving great patient care with a welcoming smile.
Nurses include: Kerry Bailey, Amy-Jade Barlow, Chloe Barrett, Kerry Bedford, Celeste Caulfield, Devon Chan, Catherine Hall, Tina Peacock, Alarna Prince and Abbie Marshall.
Our professional friendly reception team is led by Jodie Marks our Patient Care Manager with Helen Drury as Head Receptionist at our Skipton Practice and Nicky Rose-Parker as Head Receptionist at our Ilkley Practice. The reception team includes Stacey Dale, Joy Hammerton, Julie Hayton-Metcalfe, Jenny Smith and occasionally some of our nursing team, all of whom are very happy to deal with any of your queries and concerns.

I can’t recommend this practice highly enough, in particular if you are a nervous patient like myself. Their ability to ease you through difficult procedures is exceptional from the welcome at reception to the dentist and nurse in the treatment room with you.

27 September 2026Hi, my name is Barbara and I saw Vasala Malhotra, The Hygienist for a routine check up appointment recently. I switched to ILKLEY Dental Care in 2024 when I moved up here. My appointment went really well and Vatsala made sure I was comfortable in the patient’s chair before she proceeded. Then she gave my teeth a careful probe and was pleased to check all ok. She also gave me 5 easy to use long handled interdens brushes. Many thanks for your cheery and helpful Teams of Hygienists and Receptionists.

Four days after Phil popped me a temporary crown in at short notice. IDC rang early morning to say they had a late cancellation slot that afternoon. So tooth prep and impressions done, crown to follow 9th September, or possibly sooner, now thats what I call a 5 star service.
