Quick and friendly

I was seen by my dentist within a couple of hours of ringing the surgery. Owen was very reassuring and kind and checked my teeth and gums out thoroughly to discover exactly what was the problem. He was very professional, speedy and sympathetic. I would highly recommend this dentists surgery.i

I can’t recommend this practice highly enough, in particular if you are a nervous patient like myself. Their ability to ease you through difficult procedures is exceptional from the welcome at reception to the dentist and nurse in the treatment room with you.

Colm Hicks, dentist,was very welcoming and explained every step of the procedure I was to undergo. I felt no pain after the local anaesthetic and was fairly comfortable throughout.His dental assistant anticipated the different interventions the dentist was to make .Their working together ensured the whole treatment a smooth operation.

Hi, my name is Barbara and I saw Vasala Malhotra, The Hygienist for a routine check up appointment recently. I switched to ILKLEY Dental Care in 2024 when I moved up here. My appointment went really well and Vatsala made sure I was comfortable in the patient’s chair before she proceeded. Then she gave my teeth a careful probe and was pleased to check all ok. Four days after Phil popped me a temporary crown in at short notice. IDC rang early morning to say they had a late cancellation slot that afternoon. So tooth prep and impressions done, crown to follow 9th September, or possibly sooner, now thats what I call a 5 star service.

Colm helps to make going to the dentist a pleasure rather than an endurance. He makes you feel at ease as do the reception team. It was the first time with Emily as dental hygienist and she was thorough and descaled without discomfort.
